KSW FCU is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Teller to join our team. In this front-line position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional member service while handling a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
- Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Maintain accurate member account records and post transactions
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions with a high level of accuracy
- Provide friendly, professional service and assist members with general account inquiries
- Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Support branch operations with additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of related experience preferred (banking, retail cash handling, or customer service)
- Can-Do attitude and willingness to learn
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of accuracy with numbers and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with data entry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while delivering excellent service

- High accuracy in transaction processing and account postings
