Waterville Teller

KSW Federal Credit Union is hiring a Teller in the Waterville Branch

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, member-focused customer service in every interaction.

  • Accurately process a variety of member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries.

  • Provide clear and routine information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Identify member needs and efficiently refer them to the appropriate departments for specialized assistance or services.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum of six months of related experience, including demonstrated accuracy in cash handling.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor and appearance.

  • Proven work ethic with dependable attendance and reliability.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
