Select credit or debit card

You can either take a picture of your card or key in the numbers

Phone then adds card to wallet

Choose how to Verify 1-844-646-5465-click button

Automated voice asks for the card# to be keyed

Voice says to please hold for next available representative

Representative asks card holder to verify the following:

Card #

Full Name as printed on card

Card holder then is asked to verify the following:

Phone number on account

Last 4 digits of checking or savings account number

Transaction within the last 30 days-must provide the merchant name, date and the amount

Mother’s maiden name

 

Representative then thanks the card holder and asks if there is anything else needed.

 

Time of call: Approximately 7 min.

New Members: Registering for Service

When registering for mobile services for the first time you will receive an email with a pin dedicated to your account. This is a one-time pin which is good for one minute upon opening the email.

Suggestion: do not open the pin email unless you are prepared to enter it into the mobile device immediately

You can register up to seven devices.

Whenever any new device is being registered, in the process you will receive a pin email that is specifically dedicated to that new device.

When you first register, you will be asked three security questions. The answers to these three questions cannot be provided by KSW. Please make sure you remember your answers. In the event you forget, you will have to re-register after contacting KSW. (207) 872-5602
