* This may be obtained from your current or past employers. It may also be from other places where you conduct financial transactions.

What We Disclose

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our members or former members to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Disclosure to Parties That Provide Services to Us

We may disclose all the information we collect to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf. We may also disclose to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

Disclosure About Former Members

Even if you terminate your membership with KSW Federal Credit Union we will not share information we have collected about you, except as you may be permitted or required by law.

How We Protect Your Information

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to persons who need to know that personal information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal Regulations to guard your nonpublic person information.

What Members Can Do to Help

You can help by following these simple ground rules to stay safe:

  • Protect your account numbers, plastic card numbers, and PINs (personal identification numbers) or passwords
  • Never keep your PIN with your card
  • Use caution when telling others your account numbers, social security numbers, etc.
  • If someone calls you and says the call is on behalf of the credit union and asks for your account number, you should beware
  • Official staff will have access to this and will not need to ask for it
  • Keep your information with us current
  • Please tell us of changes to your address or phone number, it’s important to be able to reach you
  • If we detect potentially fraudulent or unauthorized activity on (or use of) an account, we will try to contact you immediately
